Our story
Established in 2004
Joshila Desai Inc. was established in 2004 and has grown around a simple commitment: personalised legal service, quality work and lasting client relationships.
Today the firm assists individuals, families, businesses and financial institutions with conveyancing and property law, antenuptial contracts, family law, wills and estates, contracts, mediation, liability claims and debt collection.
The firm draws on more than 25 years of legal experience. Just as importantly, it has kept the qualities that clients value in a personal practice: accessibility, attention to detail, and people who know your matter.
Our approach
We take a hands-on approach to client matters and place real emphasis on understanding each client's specific circumstances. Management remains actively involved, and the firm dedicates significant time and resources to maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.

Joshila Desai is the sole shareholder of the firm. Joshila Desai Inc. is a 100% Black Women Empowered enterprise with a Level 1 B-BBEE rating.
